OBS We start in time and use time wisely. Please arrive a bit before to change and enter space ready to go! Some of the Wednesdays we have the possibility to continue jamming a bit after finishing time. BRING Notebook, water bottle, longsleeved- and legged clothing, kneepads, extra shirt, body ready to move and be moved. PAYMENT Clip card / 10 classes = 1200kr (120kr/class) Clip card / 5 classes = 750kr (150kr/class) Clip card / 3 classes = 540kr (180kr/class) Drop in = 200kr Each class will focus on a particular topic. * Clip card holders will receive exclusive materials at the start of each block to deepen their learning and practice.
